Much of what I know, I learned from the inside.
At Sotheby's, I ran event and sponsorship marketing, launched and rolled out the Sotheby's Preferred loyalty program globally, and spent my final two years solely managing the firm's most important relationships. I learned to read a room. I learned how power moves. And I learned something harder: how to enroll powerful, territorial stakeholders in a shared vision.
At Graff, I brought that fluency to one of the most discerning client environments in the world. Marketing at that level isn't traditional. It's bespoke, experiential, and built entirely around relationship.
At Fendi, I conceptualized my own role, built the department, and sat on the executive committee. What we created informed how it was done across the globe. I left when I could no longer reconcile what I was witnessing with what I believed leadership could be.
What two decades inside these worlds gave me wasn't a résumé. It was a way of seeing beneath the surface of relationships, institutions, and the people who steward them. This lives in my work now.
